Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Our agency is looking for a driven, competitive, and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and being rewarded for performance.

  • Enjoy prospecting and following up with leads
  • Are motivated by goals and commission opportunities
  • Can confidently ask for the sale
  • Want a long-term career path in insurance and financial services
Responsibilities:
  • Connect with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person
  • Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products
  • Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Help meet agency sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Must be comfortable making outbound calls
  • Prior insurance sales experience is helpful, not required
  • P&C, life, health licenses required
  • Licensing reimbursement available after successful completion
